Proud father to Rory and husband to Marie Lucas. Originally from Ohio now Residing in South Carolina since 2010 and residents of Beaufort County since 2016. I have taken the experience in the building industry and applied them to a service that benefits my clients. I have spent most of my life traveling around the world for 20+ years and decided to settle in our little slice of heaven here in Bluffton. Growing up around the trades I have applied what I have learned and turned it into a successful and professional long-term business that is customer focused.
Jill Johnson
Office Manager
Jill is a Massachusetts native that has had 20+ years in the postal service. She is an amazing mother to Alicia Johnson and Marie Lucas, and grandmother to Rory Lucas. Jill serves as or Scheduling and Logistics Office Manager. She ensures that all the day to day scheduling and clerical logistics are completed so that the business is kept on schedule and in order.
David Johnson
Inspector in training
David is a former resident of Massachusetts and is the amazing Husband of Jill Johnson. He is also the proud father of Alicia Johnson, amazingly supportive step father to Marie Lucas and proud grandfather to Rory Lucas. David is joining us in the construction side of our business as our Field Support Lead. Once fully licensed, his focus will be purely all new construction.
