Mr. Lucas, who owns homegrown home inspection, is the greatest, he doesn't rush, he takes his time and he explains every detail and then some. I recommend this Lois company.

Yon did a thorough job of inspecting our home prior to closing. He listens to your concerns/items and makes sure they are resolved or included in the final report.

Yon with Homegrown Home Inspection did such a thorough job and explained in detail what was needed. In addition he has references for many vendors in the area and that is extremely helpful as we are out of state and moving to the area shortly. We encourage you to use Homegrown if you want peace of mind knowing your inspection will be handled professionally and with attention to detail. Thank you so much Yon!
